Create 4.1.2- Principles of Building Portable Learning Projects
Here is a link for a class I teach using Quia as well as other Web 2.0 tools. I incorporated video, audio and images in a variety of assessments and activities. In the listening quiz, I made the recordings. The art quiz is an example of images I uploaded for a quiz in a French class. All the other activities and quizzes include content about Quia. As a subscriber to Quia, an online content authoring tool, I have used this tool in my French and Spanish classes for well over 10 years. I have created literally hundreds of games, assessments, activities, surveys and scavenger hunts which include video, audio and images.
In an earlier quest about using Web 2.0 tools for differentiation, I actually created a Padlet to teach the (past tense)passé composé in French. I created these Quia activities, the Prezi, and the Quizlet activities. This Padlet contains learning tools that I created or added to enhance the students' comprehension of this topic.
